Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized items are made to order and need an additional 2–4 business days of production before they ship.
Delivery time
Most in-stock orders arrive within 3–8 business days after they ship. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no customs fees or surprise charges on delivery.
Holiday ordering
During November and December we post an order-by date on this page and on the cart so you know what to expect before Christmas. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, because carriers get busy in December.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it and make it right.
